Contract Management

Where a scheme is conventionally tendered, we can undertake the management of the contract throughout the period of construction and during the defects liability period following completion. This would typically include monthly site visits, as well as dealing with contractors' queries, cost control and certification.

With design and build or other forms of procurement, we can undertake a variety of roles, depending on the requirements of our clients. We can also act as detail designers on behalf of contractors if appropriate.
