Detail Design

Once a scheme has planning approval, we can assist in the process of assembling a design team to produce the production information to allow it to be built. This detail design stage would typically include working drawings, specifications, and include the process of building regulations approval. We are equally used to working in design-and build and conventionally tendered procurement routes.
