Listed Buildings

46 Queens Road, Reading, the practice offices, is a grade II listed building dating from 1836, which the practice adapted in the 1980's following a fire.

We have the skills and experience amongst our team to tackle the repair and conversion of listed buildings, both to satisfy English Heritage and conservation officers and to keep an eye on costs and practicality as well. We often work in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the historic cores of towns and villages, and we have considerable experience in the details associated with traditional brick-and-tile vernacular, and the way that this can be achieved without sacrificing modern requirements for access and thermal comfort.
