The practice has worked with leading housebuilders and landowners to prepare housing schemes ranging in size from two to two hundred dwellings.

We are able to balance the competing demands of density, amenity and impact to create schemes that win planning permission. As well as family housing, we are also working on higher-rise flats and are able to suit the design to the target market, and also produce schemes that are efficient in maximising the site yield. We have designed to codes 3, 4 and 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, to Lifetime Homes standards, and to the London Housing Design Guide.

We also design one-off houses including the award-winning Adshead Park.

An award-winning new country house, incorporating a basement swimming pool and cinema, with traditional arts and crafts detailing.

A development in an established residential area that respects its surroundings and maximises the potential of its site.

Warwick Place, Ealing

Another development in an established residential area – but a different, more urban context.

Shinfield Glebe

A design for 175 dwellings with generous amounts of open space including a small lake as part of the drainage strategy.
